New House plan : Most house plans can range in complexity. The normal cost range
is $950 to $1300 (Canadian $$) plus HST in Nova Scotia. 3d Models and Renders available at additional cost. This price
depends on the type of construction, the number of floors and the amount of design time.
If you house requires a large number of design updates and revisions or is overly complex this
amount could be higher. Once we discuss your concept and see your plan idea we can give you a better idea.
Other types of projects: Other projects costs can be estimated based on an accurate
description of your project. Our prices are very reasonable.
You project must be paid for prior to receiving the final pdf or printed copies.
Review drawings will be e-mailed to you and will have Not For Construction on them.
